The latest version of TimeStamp had an issue, when run on a watch using Japanese language settings. It garbles up the Action list. Thank you, to the user informing me of this!
It was worse than that, the issue affects all language settings using multi byte UTF-8. So probable this affects Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese, Thai and probably some more language settings too.
A fix is posted to the Samsung Store, to be released as soon as they finish the Validation.
